You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. However, if we are made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our Site.

Payments are made securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not hold your card information. By completing your order, you authorise us to charge the amount due.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

We accept over 230 currencies, these will be based upon the exchange rate from GBP, and will be subject to fluctuations within the exchange rate which may change hourly, and to cover any exchange fees. Currency needs to be selected from the drop-down bar at the top of the screen.
Payments and Discounts
Training & Events
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration is regarded as a firm booking, and cannot be cancelled.
In order to receive any ‘early bird’ discounts, payment must be received before the cut-off date. Discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer.
You may substitute your place at any time with a colleague with the same or similar job function. Please notify us in writing as soon as you can so we can make the necessary arrangements.
All training must be paid for prior to the event. In the case of payment not being received, Marcham Publishing reserves the right to restrict a delegate’s access to the event until such time as payment has been received. Should this occur, the delegate has no recourse to cancel their place and payment will still be due as the reservation of a place constitutes a firm booking and cannot be canceled.
Subscriptions
There are 3 types of subscriptions:
Your print subscription will start with the next available issue after purchase and will run for 6 issues. Digital subscriptions begin with the most recent issue. Corporate subscription start dates are mutually agreed upon between Marcham Publishing & the client.
Our subscriptions are for a minimum of 12 months. Your subscription will auto-renew. You can update or end your subscription at any time within your dashboard. Payment will be automatically debited from your account on the same date each month (for monthly subscriptions), or on the yearly date, dependent on your subscription type. This date may vary by 1 – 3 working days.
Training & Events
Details confirming your participation will be sent upon receipt of your registration and payment. As a limited event, no cancellation will be allowed once registration is received. We do however allow you to transfer your ticket.
If the event is canceled or postponed, you will receive a credit note of the same amount paid for any other training or service of Marcham Publishing that must be used within one year from the date of cancellation.
Marcham Publishing is not responsible for any loss or damage or liable in the case the training is canceled or postponed due to a fortuitous or unforeseen event such as natural disasters or act of God or any other event that prohibits the training from running. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
Marcham Publishing reserves the right to change speakers/trainers or parts of the content in case circumstances beyond the control of Marcham Publishing necessitate these alterations, such as changes from the speaker/trainer. Any substitutions or changes will be communicated and are always kept to a minimum.
Should an event be rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event or a credit transfer to the face value of the ticket may be offered at the discretion of the organiser.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are accepted on an annual basis and are therefore non-refundable. Subscriptions may be transferred to a different subscriber at the discretion of Marcham Publishing.
If you do not want your subscription to auto-renew, please ensure you disable the autorenewal option in your account.
Once purchased, no subscription is eligible for a refund within the minimum term (12 months).
Delivery
We will deliver the physical magazines to the address provided by you when you place your orders. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery from publication date. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us.
Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall at our discretion, be limited to replacement of the most recent missing issue.
Change of address
To notify us of a change to delivery address or that you have left a company, you need to email subscriptions@executivesupportmedia.com
Shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address, these will be updated at checkout. Shipping will be billed annually or monthly depending upon your subscription type. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. We have 3x shipping rates:
